Era loves Grimshaw with all of her heart. He made her see that not all soldiers are like her father. She has shown her that she deserves to be loved and taken care of, even though she is not perfect in the eyes of the herd. He has helped her heal.
Aktaion is her pride and joy. The little colt came out looking like his mother. She never knew she would be able to love someone so much in her life, but the day he was born, Era fell in love with the colt and forgot her fears of having a foal of her own.

Details

Appearance:
Era was born a strawberry roan, not a common site in Glenmore. Her mother did not mind her coat, but her father despised her for it. She was born a little on the heavy side, and her mother tried to help her loose her 'baby fat' with a strict diet and plenty of exercise, which failed to do anything but keep the filly healthy. She remains on the heavier side of the scale for a doe, but she keeps herself healthy and strong.

Personality:

After being raised by an abusive father, Era finds it hard to make connections with others, although she has come a long way. She is slow to befriend other fawns, and is considered shy by most. After you get to know her, however, she becomes open and friendly. She will keep your secrets and protect you if need be, emotionally or even physically.

History:
Era was brought up to be the proper Glenmore doe, even if she is just a commoner. After her father's daily beatings, she learned at a very young age to do as she was told, not speak unless spoken to, and most importantly, that she was a useless waste of a doe. Her mother had tried to shield the small filly from her father, but she could only do so much. She was turned out of the glade and forced to leave Era behind when Era turned three.

Era has spent most of her time in the Glenwood, where she was born to a common doe and a guard. She enjoys her time alone, but she longs for a group of friends who she can have some fun with. She keeps a small den and  shares a glade with Grimshaw for herself and her family, not too far from the loch, with a small garden of usable plants.
She often includes a few flowers nearby that she keeps blooming all year long.
